A Portos RS deu posse, na terça-feira, 24, aos novos conselheiros do Conselho de Autoridade Portuária (CAP) dos portos do Rio Grande, Pelotas e Porto Alegre. O ato híbrido aconteceu na sede do Porto da capital e contou com a participação de integrantes por meio de videoconferência.
Além disso, o encontro teve como pauta a aprovação dos regimentos internos, indicação da classe trabalhadora para a composição do Conselho Administrativo da Empresa Pública e aprovação do calendário de datas das próximas reuniões. Sugestões relativas ao Regimento Interno puderam ser enviadas pelos conselheiros até a última sexta-feira (20).
Estiveram presentes o presidente da Portos RS, Cristiano Klinger, o diretor de gestão, administrativa e financeira, João Alberto Gonçalves, o diretor de meio ambiente, Henrique Ilha, o diretor de infraestrutura, Lucas Meurer, e o gerente de planejamento e desenvolvimento, Fernando Estima.
